Gain a high level view on the university's budget process and financial standing; learn the who, what, and why in planning, managing and accounting for the university's fiscal resources; and get a sampling of the technological tools that support fiscal management at AU.
This program provides supervisors and managers with a comprehensive overview of Â鶹ÊÓƵ×÷Æ·'s policies and procedures needed to perform your managerial duties in compliance with university policy and local and federal regulations. Topics covered include: employment policies and employment law, compensation policies, recruiting, e-actions, timesheet management, managing a flexible workforce, employee probation, and the basics of FMLA, short term, and long term disability.- OIT Training
